Pierre Zimmer was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO ) of POST Luxembourg in November 2013. The former Director of the State's Centre for Information Technology (CTIE), Pierre Zimmer, reinforces the management of POST Luxembourg as CIO. A computer engineer by training, he is in charge of developing new business applications allowing POST Luxembourg to offer its customers even more complete and efficient ICT solutions as well as of enterprise computing. Pierre Zimmer was named CIO of the year in 2015.

Mathieu Poujol has been working in the SITS industry since 1996 and joined PAC in 1999. Role and responsibilities: Mathieu is responsible for the cyber security service line at PAC. He is also in charge of all infrastructure related markets: open source, IaaS, PaaS, middleware. He oversees the programs, manages and conducts surveys, market studies and analysis, custom research, marketing and strategic consulting for end users and technology providers in those areas. In addition, he is in charge of developing the PAC business in its related fields. Paul joined POST Telecom in May 2013 as Product Manager Connectivity. His various operational and commercial experiences in Telecom and Data Centre markets in the demanding sector of Finance allowed him to understand and anticipate the specific needs of POST’s customers. Paul’s international experiences at Thomson Reuters and BT Radianz, several times designated Best Network Provider by the Waters Ranking, makes him believe that Luxembourg and POST have, in the centre of Europe, a major role to play in the e-Business Service Infrastructure. Sporty by nature, Paul likes competition and challenges. Paul’s mission as Product Manager allows him to breathe new vital energy to change a historical telecom operator as the Luxembourgish ICT market reference in the heart of a new global economy.

Régis holds the position of Head of Security Services at EBRC. He is mainly responsible for the Trusted Security Europe business line. His role relies on product management, product development and business development. Thanks to his technical background, he links these activities with the Operational teams, and leverages the current and awarded Business Continuity Services (BCS), Trusted ICT Managed Services, Trusted Cloud Europe Services and Information System Management of EBRC in order to boost the Managed Security practice. Before joining EBRC in January 2014, Régis spent 13 years in the Managed Security Services of Ubizen-Cybertrust-Terremark-Verizon. He created and managed the Luxembourg MSS Service (24x7 standalone SOC) and took the role of Service Delivery Manager for the Luxembourg, the global clients and partners. Moreover, Régis managed the Swiss Operations and ended up in a senior Product Management role for the worldwide services. He was also involved in risk assessments and various audits as former Managing Director of the local subsidiary. He started his career in ’98 within the Security division of Cisco located in San Jose and worked as Network and Security consultant. Régis holds a Master degree in Computer Sciences as well as a Master degree in Business Administration.

Erwan Keraudy is CEO and co-founder at CybelAngel. The cybersecurity company offers an innovative solution of data leaks detection on the Internet. Erwan Keraudy was previously evolving in the financial sector. In 2013, he launched with two other partners CybelAngel.

Holder of a PhD in atomic physics, Mohamed (Abel) Ourdane, 45 years, is the Head of Cyber-Security Department at POST Luxembourg. Knowing that the overall digitalization will put information in the heart of the economy, he is setting up a global cyber-security strategy aiming at POST Luxembourg playing a key role in that domain. After an experience as researcher at the Stockholm Institute of Physics and as MPLS, OSS/BSS & Security specialist at Cisco Systems Belgium, Mohamed joined POST Luxembourg in 2002. His mission was to lead the transformation of the infrastructure service of the Telecom Division in order to prepare the base of both all IP core business transformation and new value added services innovations.

Jean-Yves POICHOTTE joined SANOFI in September 2014 as the Group Director of Information Security. He is in charge of defining and leading the reinforcement programs of the Group digital security in compliance with the international regulations and the stakes related to the protection of the sensitive activities. For 7 years, he had been the Director of Fraud Information Security by SFR, thus contributing to the improvement of the operator’s network resilience and to the private life protection of its clients. Through these missions, he regularly worked with the ANSSI and different State administrations. He is also an auditor for the Institut Nationale des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité et de la Justice (24ème session nationale). He is graduated from the Ecole des hautes Etudes Industrielles (1991). He is a member of the Jury of the Innovation des Assises de la Sécurité. He is a member of the Conseil d'Orientation et de Programme en Sécurité of Securesphere by EPITA.

Frank Vanhoonacker, Manager Cyber and professional Liability is responsible for the development of Cyber in Belgium and Luxemburg. Frank has been with AIG for over 30 years, always active in the area of liability and financial lines, including bankers blanket policies, D&O and professional indemnity, the last line having become his specialty. In this role, Frank assisted many European countries in becoming an important player in this line of business. Since 3 years, Frank now also had the responsible to develop Cyber, a real challenge as it concerns a completely new insurance product with also a different approach compared to traditional insurance policies.
